Upgraded my Fishing Insight to get this sketch only to find out I need to upgrade again to even craft it
Like genuinely what is the point of this? I've been so excited to unlock this and was prepared to farm for materials only to find out I can't. (Im guessing this isn't unique to this sketch but I only noticed it now because I wanted it right away and this is my first insight to reach this level)
